REACHING NET PROFIT, CIPUTRA DEVELOPMENT'S INCOME LEVEL RISE TO 8.45%

Ciputra Development (CTRA) recorded a net profit of IDR 483.39 billion as of March 31 2024, an increase of 17% from IDR 412.86 billion in the same period the previous year.

The company's sales and operational income rose 8.45% to IDR 2.31 trillion, with gross profit reaching IDR 1.17 trillion. Total assets increased to IDR 45.06 trillion.

Although general and administrative costs increased, the company's overall financial performance showed significant growth.
