The Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) as a forum for issuers and public companies is present as a partner of OJK and the Exchange in an effort to improve the quality of a conducive and quality capital market for capital market players, investors and other relevant stakeholders, through increased literacy and compliance of issuers, especially AEI members.
In collaboration with professional legal advisors and tax consultants who are experienced in their fields, the AEI Legal and Tax Clinic is committed to providing brief assistance on the practice and application of capital market and stock exchange regulations in every transaction activity of issuers and public companies (EPP) and serves as a consultation before issuers carry out corporate action actions, in order to help expedite the corporate action process and GCG compliance.
In realizing the vision and mission, AEI initiated the establishment of the Legal and Tax Clinic which aims, among others, to:
- Increase EPP's awareness and understanding of the application of capital market regulations in the Issuer's daily activities, especially for new Issuers or new PICs at EPP.
- Support OJK and Bursa in improving the quality of members' compliance with applicable capital market regulations.

The Scope of Services of the AEI Legal and Tax Clinic includes brief consulting assistance in the fields of Capital Market law, Business and Investment Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Taxation, Employment, litigation and bankruptcy.
