Requirements for Membership

Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia (AEI) is an organization committed to supporting and advancing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). AEI membership offers a range of benefits, including access to educational resources, professional networks, and policy advocacy. AEI has two types of members based on their type, namely stock issuer members and bond issuer members. The following are the criteria and conditions that must be met by companies wishing to become AEI members:



List of Issuer Share Members:  

Issuer Share Members are companies that sell some of their shares to the public. 

Eligibility to become a member:

  1. All business entities both at the Central Level and Regional Level domiciled in Indonesia and have issued securities in Indonesia are entitled to become Ordinary Members of the Indonesian Issuers Association.
  2. All organizations, associations, associations, and associations that have interests related to the activities of the Indonesian Issuers Association may be considered as Extraordinary Members of the Indonesian Issuers Association at their own request or based on the offer of the Indonesian Issuers Association.
  3. For administrative purposes, the Daily Management provides a membership list/form.
  4. Paying the basic fee at the time of being registered as a Member and paying monthly annual dues, the amount of which is determined in the Members' Conference.
  5. The requirements in points 1-4 above do not apply to those who are registered as Honorary Members.
  6. If you want to stop being a member of AEI, you can apply for independence or delisting from the Indonesia Stock Exchange.





List of Bond Issuer Members: 

Member Bond Issuers are companies that seek funding through debt securities issued by the company with a certain maturity. 

Eligibility to become a member:

  1. All business entities both at the Central Level and Regional Level domiciled in Indonesia and have issued securities in Indonesia are entitled to become Ordinary Members of the Indonesian Issuers Association.
  2. All organizations, associations, associations, and associations that have interests related to the activities of the Indonesian Issuers Association may be considered as Extraordinary Members of the Indonesian Issuers Association at their own request or based on the offer of the Indonesian Issuers Association.
  3. For administrative purposes, the Daily Management provides a membership list/form.
  4. Paying the basic fee at the time of being registered as a Member and paying monthly annual dues, the amount of which is determined in the Members' Meeting.
  5. The requirements in points 1-4 above do not apply to those who are registered as Honorary Members.
  6. If you want to stop being a member of AEI, you can apply independently or based on the bond time period.
