Free Float Arrangement for Listed Companies and Compliance Refreshment (Improving the Quality of Financial Statements of Listed Companies)

Surabaya, 28 May 2024 - The Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) in collaboration with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) held a seminar entitled “Free Float Arrangements for Listed Companies and Compliance Refreshment (Improving the Quality of Financial Statements of Listed Companies)” on Tuesday, 28 May 2024. The event took place at the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, East Java Representative Office, Surabaya.

The seminar was attended by Mr. Agustinus Agus Sunarto as the Chairperson of the East Java AEI Representative and Mrs. Prof. Lindawati Gani as the Executive Board of the Indonesian Accountants Association who also gave a speech at the event. This event aims to provide a deeper understanding to listed companies regarding the new regulations on free float and the importance of improving the quality of financial statements.

The seminar is expected to help listed companies better understand and implement the new regulations, as well as improve the quality of their financial statements so as to meet the expectations of investors and regulators.
