AEI and PT Bima Registra Hold Webinar "Exploring the Diversification of Electronic GMS Solutions"

Jakarta, September 23, 2025– The Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI), in collaboration with PT Bima Registra, hosted a webinar titled "Exploring the Diversification of Electronic GMS Solutions: The Strategic Role of Registrars in Issuer Governance" on Tuesday (September 23). The event was attended by AEI members, companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as well as other stakeholders interested in corporate governance development.

The webinar was opened by Gilman P Nugraha, Executive Director of the Indonesian Issuers Association, who in his remarks emphasized the importance of collaboration between issuers, Securities Administration Bureaus (BAE), and regulators to support the implementation of more innovative and transparent electronic GMS.

As the keynote speaker, Rizky Yudithia, President Director of PT Bima Registra, outlined the company's experience and strategy in providing diversified solutions for electronic GMS. He also highlighted how Registrar technology and services can improve process efficiency, strengthen accountability, and help issuers meet good governance standards.

This interactive discussion provided in-depth insights into the challenges and opportunities of implementing electronic GMS in Indonesia. Through this webinar, AEI and PT Bima Registra hope to promote more modern, secure, and regulatory-compliant corporate governance practices, while also expanding AEI members' knowledge of the latest innovations in securities administration.
