AEI Holds Sharing Session: Tips & Tricks for Submitting Routine Issuer Reports

Jakarta, 18 February 2025 – The Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) successfully held a Sharing Session entitled "Tips & Tricks for Submitting Routine Issuer Reports" on Tuesday, February 18 2025. This event took place in the Seminar Room, Indonesian Stock Exchange Building, South Jakarta, from 14.00 to 16.00 WIB.

The event was opened by Mr. Gilman Pradana Nugraha, Executive Director of AEI, who emphasized the importance of understanding for issuers in preparing and submitting routine reports in accordance with capital market regulations.

As the main speaker, Sudin SH, member of AEI's Capital Market & GCG Legal Review Committee, shares insights regarding the best strategies and techniques for submitting issuer reports more effectively and in accordance with regulations.

This event was attended by prospective AEI members as well as capital market industry players who wanted to deepen their understanding of regulations and good corporate governance. The interactive discussion that took place also became a forum for participants to share experiences and obtain solutions to various challenges in issuer reporting.

With this session, AEI hopes that issuers will be more prepared and skilled in preparing routine reports that are transparent and comply with standards, so that they can increase the trust of investors and other stakeholders.
