During the webinar, AEI Executive Director, Mr. Gilman Pradana Nugraha, delivered insights on the increasingly strategic role of Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations amid growing capital market complexity, global dynamics, and increasing transparency demands.
The discussion covered capital market developments in 2026, corporate communication challenges during market volatility, and the importance of Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations in maintaining disclosure quality, corporate reputation, and investor confidence. The role of Corporate Secretary and Investor Relations as a bridge between companies, regulators, investors, and other stakeholders was also highlighted.
