JAKARTA, 5 May 2026 – The Indonesian Listed Companies Association (AEI), in collaboration with TruCarbon, successfully held a webinar titled “Meeting the Deadline: Sustainability Made Simple with TruCount” as part of its initiative to support issuers in preparing for the 2026 Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions reporting deadline.
The event was attended by hundreds of representatives from listed companies and sustainability professionals, who demonstrated strong enthusiasm in gaining practical and actionable solutions for emissions reporting.
The webinar featured Zaky Naufal, Business Development at TruCarbon, as the main speaker, and was moderated by Gilman P. Nugraha, Executive Director of AEI. The discussion emphasized the importance of understanding national regulations such as POJK 51/2017, as well as international standards including IFRS S1 and IFRS S2, which are increasingly used by global investors to assess corporate sustainability performance.
In his presentation, Zaky Naufal introduced TruCount as Indonesia’s first carbon accounting platform designed to simplify the reporting process for Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions, making it more efficient, accurate, and audit-ready. The platform is also an official partner of GRI Standards, ensuring alignment with global sustainability reporting frameworks.
Through this collaboration, AEI encourages issuers not only to comply with reporting obligations but also to leverage this momentum as a strategic opportunity to enhance transparency, credibility, and attractiveness to sustainable and green investments.
AEI remains committed to delivering continuous educational and collaborative programs to strengthen the implementation of sustainability principles in Indonesia’s capital market, while also supporting inclusive and sustainable economic growth.
