Big Alpha Business Summit 2025: Strategic Collaboration to Drive Indonesia’s Economic Transformation and Acceleration

Jakarta, 19 December 2025Big Alpha, in collaboration with the Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association (Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia – AEI), successfully held the Big Alpha Business Summit 2025 under the theme “Navigating Indonesia’s Twin Growth Engines: Transformation and Acceleration” at The Dian Ballroom, Raffles Jakarta.

The summit brought together policymakers, business leaders, investors, and key stakeholders from across sectors to discuss Indonesia’s economic transformation agenda, investment acceleration, and the strengthening of a resilient and sustainable business ecosystem.

The event opened with welcoming remarks from Tirta Prayudha, CEO & Co-Founder of Big Alpha, followed by a keynote address by Dr. Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono, Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, who emphasized the critical role of strategic infrastructure development as a foundation for Indonesia’s long-term economic growth.

During the event, Gilman P. Nugraha, Executive Director of the Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association (AEI), attended alongside members of AEI’s committees, reaffirming AEI’s commitment to supporting business transformation and strengthening the role of public listed companies as key drivers of national economic growth through cross-sector collaboration.

The agenda continued with opening remarks by Sandiaga Uno, Founder of Saratoga Group, highlighting the importance of aligning economic growth with resilience and sustainable business strategies. A featured Unfiltered Live session presented an in-depth conversation with Pandu Sjahrir, Chief Investment Officer of Danantara Indonesia, who shared insights on investment discipline, social impact, and Indonesia’s economic outlook.

The summit also featured an insights presentation by Social Quotient, focusing on how behavioral insights can enhance organizational impact and stakeholder engagement.

In the afternoon session, a keynote speech by Shinta W. Kamdani, Chairwoman of APINDO, addressed the theme “Advocating the Integrated Ecosystem for Indonesia’s Industrial Leap,” underscoring the importance of an integrated industrial ecosystem in strengthening Indonesia’s competitiveness.

The program concluded with a panel discussion titled “Navigating Transformation and Acceleration Through Business, Investment and Social Impact,” featuring:

  • Bobby Gafur Umar, Vice Chairman of KADIN Indonesia for Investment, Downstream Industry, Energy, and Environment

  • Ali Setiawan, Managing Director, Treasury, Danantara Indonesia

  • Cinta Laura Kiehl, Entrepreneur and Sociopreneur

The panel was moderated by Aline Wiratmaja, Certified Financial Planner, and explored the role of collaboration between business, investment, and social impact in accelerating Indonesia’s economic transformation.

Through the Big Alpha Business Summit 2025, Big Alpha and the Indonesian Public Listed Companies Association (AEI) aim to foster sustained strategic collaboration to support inclusive, competitive, and future-oriented economic growth in Indonesia.
