AEI and TICMI Hold Webinar Discussing the Role of Technology and GRC Principles in Investor Relations Amid Market Uncertainty

Jakarta, 29 April 2025 — The Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) together with The Indonesia Capital Market Institute (TICMI) successfully held a themed webinar "Utilization of Technology and Digital Media to Reach Investors in the Midst of Market Uncertainty with GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) Principles" on Tuesday, April 29 2025. This activity is part of an educational effort to strengthen the strategic role of the investor relations function in facing increasingly complex market dynamics.

This webinar, which was held online via the Zoom platform, presented two expert speakers, namely Admire Cardiana, GRC Advisory & Internal Audit Expert from Veda Praxis, and Reza Priyambada, Director of Reliance Securities. Both shared practical insights on how companies can leverage digital technology to improve communications with investors, while maintaining governance, risk management and compliance (GRC) principles in investor relations strategies.

In their presentations, the speakers emphasized that digitalization is not only a tool, but also an important strategy to reach investors effectively amidst market volatility and the increasing need for information transparency.

This event was attended by 105 participants from various industrial sectors and was greeted enthusiastically, as evidenced by the active and in-depth question and answer session. As a form of appreciation, webinar participants also receive free online training voucher from TICMI.
