AEI Attends BSOJK Meaningful Participation Forum on Indonesia Capital Market Reform

JAKARTA, May 18, 2026 — Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia (AEI) attended the Meaningful Participation forum regarding the evaluation of the capital market industry following the implementation of the 8 Action Plans for Indonesia Capital Market Reform, organized by the Badan Supervisi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (BSOJK) in collaboration with Komisi XI DPR RI in Jakarta.

The event served as a discussion forum involving regulators, associations, and capital market industry players to evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesia’s capital market reform implementation, particularly in strengthening market integrity, transparency, liquidity, and governance.

AEI was represented by AEI Chairman, Armand Wahyudi Hartono, along with committee members and the Executive Director of AEI.

Through its participation in the forum, AEI reaffirmed its support for strengthening Indonesia’s capital market through collaboration and constructive dialogue among regulators and all industry stakeholders.

The Meaningful Participation forum was also attended by representatives from BSOJK, Commission XI of the Indonesian House of Representatives, capital market associations, and other industry participants.
