AEI Encourages Issuer Transparency Through a Sharing Session

Jakarta, October 28, 2025— The Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) has once again demonstrated its commitment to strengthening good corporate governance through the holding ofSharing Sessiontitled“Tips and Strategies: Issuer Periodic Reports”, which was held at the AEI Secretariat Office, Jakarta.

This event aims to provide AEI members with a deeper understanding of the importance of preparing periodic reports in accordance with the regulations of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The forum invited issuers to share experiences, discuss, and learn strategies for ensuring transparency and compliance with capital market regulations.

The activity was opened byGilman Pradana Nugraha, Executive Director of AEI, who in his remarks emphasized that transparency and openness of information are the main foundations in maintaining investor trust and the sustainability of listed companies' businesses.

As the main source,Sudin, S.H., as the Capital Market Law and GCG Review Committee of AEI, explained various important aspects related to reporting obligations, the latest regulatory dynamics, and strategic steps that issuers can implement to improve the quality of their periodic reports.

The event was attended by representatives from various AEI member companies, who actively discussed challenges and best practices in public reporting. The interactive discussion strengthened collective awareness of the importance of transparent and accountable governance in supporting market trust.
