JAKARTA, 27 February 2026 – In an effort to strengthen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), in collaboration with Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia (AEI) and Indonesia Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA), organized a socialization session on annual reporting requirements for issuers and public companies.
The virtual event, held on Friday, 27 February 2026, focused on an in-depth discussion of OJK Regulation Number 29/POJK.04/2016 concerning Annual Reports of Issuers or Public Companies, as well as OJK Circular Letter Number 16/SEOJK.04/2021 regarding the form and content of Annual Reports.
The session was attended by executives and representatives of issuers across various industries in Indonesia. It served as an educational platform for capital market participants to gain a comprehensive understanding of the standards, structure, and substance required in preparing accountable and transparent Annual Reports in line with the latest regulatory framework.
The event commenced with opening remarks by Sujanto, Head of the Directorate of Information Analysis and Crisis Management for Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Carbon Exchange at OJK. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of strengthening understanding and compliance with reporting requirements as an integral part of investor protection and enhancing the credibility of Indonesia’s capital market.
The main presentation was delivered by I Gede Arya Wicaksana Santosa, Supervisor of the Issuers and Public Companies Supervision Division 2.1 at OJK. He provided a detailed explanation of the technical aspects of complying with Annual Report standards, including necessary adjustments in response to evolving regulations and increasing expectations for transparency.
Through this strategic collaboration, OJK, AEI, and ICSA reaffirm their shared commitment to enhancing the quality of information disclosure and strengthening sound, transparent, and sustainable corporate governance practices among public companies in Indonesia.
