The R&D Squad program has been running until its sixth batch, and each batch is attended by around 300 participants. They come from various educational backgrounds, including economics, technology, and humanities. "Pak Hermawan believes that diversity of perspectives will enrich our understanding of marketing," said Pak Taufik.

Pak Taufik hopes that programs such as the R&D Squad will continue to attract the interest of the younger generation from various educational backgrounds, both from within and outside the country, to participate and contribute to the increasingly dynamic world of marketing.
