Johan Tedja Surya Tingkatkan Kepemilikan Saham di PT. Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk (AMAN)

Jakarta 1 October - President Commissioner and controller of PT. Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk. (AMAN), Johan Tedja Surya, continues to increase the portion of his share ownership in the company throughout September 2024. Most recently, Johan bought 12,881,100 AMAN shares at a price of IDR 113 per share on September 26 2024.

This step is not the first taken by Johan this month. Previously, on September 24 2024, he had purchased 9,406,100 AMAN shares for IDR 112 per share. Prior to that, Johan was also recorded as having purchased 4,493,300 shares on September 18 2024 at the same price, and 6,291,800 shares on September 13 2024 at a price of IDR 113 per share.

In his written statement, Johan revealed that this transaction was carried out as part of an investment placement strategy with direct share ownership.

With this latest addition, Johan's total share ownership in PT. Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk. now it has reached 84.5 million shares or the equivalent of 2.18% of the company's total shares. Previously, he owned 71.7 million shares, equivalent to 1.85%.

Even though there was significant buying activity, AMAN shares in trading on Monday, September 30 2024, showed no transactions and remained at the level of IDR 112 per share.

This step taken by Johan Tedja Surya shows his commitment to continue to strengthen his position at PT. Makmur Berkah Amanda Tbk., which is expected to have a positive impact on the company's future growth.
