Three New Issuers Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange Today

Wednesday, January 8 2025, is an important day for three companies that officially listed their shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). These three issuers are PT Asuransi Digital Bersama Tbk (YOII), PT Kentanix Supra International Tbk (KSIX), and PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU). They will be the first, second and third issuers listed on the IDX in 2025.

PT Asuransi Digital Bersama Tbk (YOII)
PT Asuransi Digital Bersama, or known as ADB Insure, listed its initial shares as the first issuer in 2025. In the initial public offering (IPO), the company released 412.08 million shares, representing 12.03 percent of the paid-up capital after the IPO. With an offering price of IDR 100 per share, YOII has the potential to raise fresh funds of IDR 41.20 billion.

As much as 80 percent of the IPO proceeds will be used for marketing activities, such as improving business strategy, product distribution and strengthening brand awareness. The remaining 20 percent is allocated for digital application development, including data center management, web hosting, system security, as well as recruiting workers in the fields of information technology and operations.
Regarding dividends, the company plans to distribute cash dividends of a maximum of 5 percent of annual net profit to shareholders.

PT Kentanix Supra International Tbk (KSIX)
As the second issuer on the IDX in 2025, PT Kentanix Supra International, a property development company, is offering 320.67 million shares or 15 percent of the paid-up capital at a price of IDR 452 per share. From this IPO, the company has the potential to pocket funds amounting to IDR 144.94 billion.

Most of the IPO funds, around 61.55 percent, will be allocated for infrastructure development in several projects, including Grand Nusa Indah and Adhigana-Grand Nusa Indah, as well as the development of a new project, Adhigana-Expansion. Around 28.84 percent will be used for capital contributions to subsidiaries, which support the Vila Bogor Indah 6 project. The remainder will be used for operational needs, including marketing and project maintenance costs.
For dividend policy, KSIX will distribute cash dividends of 25 percent of net profit, which will be determined through the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS).

PT Raharja Energi Cepu Tbk (RATU)
PT Raharja Energi Cepu will become the third issuer listed on the IDX in 2025. In the IPO, the company offered 543.01 million shares or 20 percent of the issued capital. These shares consist of 190.05 million new shares (7 percent) and 352.95 million divested shares (13 percent) at a price of IDR 1,150 per share. From this IPO, RATU has the potential to obtain funds of IDR 624.46 billion, with a market capitalization of IDR 3.1 trillion.

The IPO proceeds will be used for various needs, including loans to subsidiaries amounting to IDR 157.36 billion to fulfill cash call payment obligations for the Jabung Block, as well as IDR 34.96 billion to support the operations of associated companies related to the Cepu Block. The remaining funds will be used for working capital and operational costs, including employee remuneration.
Meanwhile, the proceeds from the sale of divested shares will be handed over to the selling shareholder, namely PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), after deducting emission costs. RATU's dividend policy is to distribute up to 60 percent of net profit starting in the 2024 financial year.

It is hoped that the presence of these three companies in the capital market will add to the dynamics of stock trading while providing new investment opportunities for investors.
