Indonesian Issuers Association Holds Sharing Session on Tips and Strategies for Submitting Routine Issuer Reports

Jakarta, 1 August 2024 - The Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) held a sharing session with the theme "Tips and Strategies for Submitting Regular Issuer Reports". This event is specifically designed to provide insight and strategies to issuer representatives in submitting their routine reports more effectively and efficiently.
This event will be held on Thursday, August 1 2024, from 13.30 to 15.30 WIB at the Secretariat Office of the Indonesian Issuers Association. The speaker at this event was Mr. Sudin SH, member of the AEI Capital Market Law & GCG Study Committee, who has in-depth experience and knowledge in the field of capital market law and good corporate governance.
This event was attended by representatives of issuers who have the function of corporate secretary, who plays an important role in ensuring information disclosure and compliance with capital market regulations. Mr. Sudin SH shared practical tips and strategies that can be implemented by corporate secretaries to improve the quality and timeliness of submitting routine issuer reports.
It is hoped that this event can become an effective platform for sharing knowledge and experience, as well as strengthening cooperation between issuers in facing challenges and opportunities in the capital market.
