AEI Supports ICSA Webinar: Transforming Annual Reports from Compliance to Strategic Value

Jakarta, February 23, 2026 — Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia (AEI) supported a webinar initiated by Indonesia Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA) entitled “From Standards to Practice: Strategies for Developing High-Quality and Strategic Annual Reports.” Held virtually, the webinar served as a strategic discussion platform for capital market professionals to strengthen the quality of annual reporting among Indonesian listed companies.

The session featured Gilman Pradana N., Executive Director of AEI, alongside Eddy Haristiani, EVP Corporate Secretary of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk, and was moderated by Dinar Primasari. The discussion emphasized the importance of transforming Annual Report preparation from a mere regulatory compliance exercise into a strategic communication instrument that reflects corporate performance, governance practices, and long-term vision.

During the session, the speakers highlighted that high-quality annual reports can enhance issuers’ credibility in the eyes of investors, strengthen information transparency, and build trust among stakeholders.
