JAKARTA, June 23, 2026 – The Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI), in collaboration with the National Committee on Governance Policy (KNKG), successfully held an exclusive webinar titled "Annual Report as a Trust Building and Value Creation Instrument." This event served as an educational platform for issuers to understand the strategic role of the Annual Report in fostering public trust while creating long-term corporate value.
The event was opened by Gilman Pradana Nugraha, Executive Director of AEI, who also served as the moderator. In his opening remarks, Gilman emphasized that Annual Reports are no longer viewed merely as regulatory compliance, but have evolved into a vital channel for strategic communication between companies and their shareholders, investors, and other stakeholders.
The webinar featured two distinguished speakers with extensive expertise in corporate governance and corporate reporting: Prof. Sidharta Utama, Ph.D., CA, CFA, Secretary General of KNKG, and Okki Rushartomo, Corporate Secretary of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

He explained how presenting information strategically can help companies build positive market perceptions, improve the quality of investor communications, and support long-term corporate value enhancement.
Through this webinar, AEI reaffirms its commitment to continuously guide and enhance the capacity of public listed companies in producing high-quality, transparent, and market-relevant corporate reports. This initiative is expected to strengthen investor trust and enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian companies in the global capital market.
