BEI Hosts Capital Market Community Gathering 2024, Strengthening Ties with the Community

AEINews – In an effort to strengthen relationships with communities actively involved in educating and disseminating information about capital market investments, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) held the Capital Market Community Gathering 2024. This event served not only as a networking opportunity but also as a platform to provide updates on BEI's developments and the Indonesian capital market.

Held at Flowey SCBD on Thursday, July 25, the event was attended by several BEI executives, including President Director Iman Rachman, Director I Gede Nyoman Yetna, Irvan Susandy, Kristian Manullang, and Jeffrey Hendrik. Their presence underscored BEI's commitment to maintaining close communication with the community and supporting efforts to disseminate accurate and beneficial information to investors.

The event was also graced by 23 representatives from active social media communities. These groups are at the forefront of educating and spreading information about capital market investments. Through digital platforms, these communities have significantly helped the public understand the importance of investing and how to invest correctly and effectively.

In his speech, Iman Rachman highlighted the crucial role of communities in creating a more inclusive and accessible capital market ecosystem for all. "Communities are our strategic partners in educating the public. We hope that through this event, we can further strengthen our collaboration and together advance the Indonesian capital market," he stated.

A key agenda item for the event was the promotion of the #AkuInvestorSaham campaign and the IDX Mobile application. This campaign aims to encourage more Indonesians to become stock investors in a simple and secure manner. Meanwhile, the IDX Mobile application is expected to facilitate easier access to information and transactions for investors.

By hosting the Capital Market Community Gathering 2024, BEI hopes to continue supporting and motivating communities in their efforts to educate and spread investment information.
