AEI and TruCarbon Sign MoU to Accelerate Sustainability Practices Among Listed Companies
Jakarta, January 28, 2026 – The Indonesian Listed Companies Association (AEI) and TruCarbon officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen strategic collaboration in developing sustainability practices and carbon emission management among listed companies. The signing ceremony took place at the AEI Secretariat Office in Jakarta on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
This collaboration aims to support listed companies in understanding, measuring, and managing sustainability aspects, with particular focus on carbon emission management and the implementation of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. Through this partnership, AEI and TruCarbon are committed to delivering educational programs, advisory support, and strategic initiatives aligned with the needs of public companies in Indonesia.
The Executive Director of AEI stated that this MoU represents AEI’s concrete effort to strengthen issuers’ readiness in responding to global demands for transparency and sustainability practices. The collaboration with TruCarbon is expected to enhance issuers’ capabilities in carbon management while strengthening their competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
Meanwhile, TruCarbon views this partnership as a strategic step to broaden the adoption of sustainability practices within Indonesia’s capital market. With AEI’s support, TruCarbon is optimistic about contributing further to sustainable transformation among listed companies.
