AEI Successfully Holds Sharing Session Batch 3: Discusses Tips & Tricks for Submitting Routine Issuer Reports

Jakarta, 2 October 2024 – The Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) is holding another event Sharing Session the third batch with the topic "Tips & Tricks for Submitting Routine Issuer Reports" on Wednesday, October 2 2024. The event, which took place at the AEI Secretariat Office, Permata Kuningan Building, South Jakarta, was attended by 13 representatives from various issuer companies in Indonesia.

The event presented Sudin, S.H., member of the AEI Capital Market & GCG Legal Study Committee, as the main resource person. Apart from that, the Executive Director of AEI, Mr. Gilman P. Nugraha, was also present and provided his support in implementing this event.

In his presentation, Sudin, S.H. provide various tips and tricks to issuers to fulfill their routine reporting obligations well. He emphasized the importance of compiling reports that are accurate, timely and in accordance with applicable regulations. Not only that, Sudin also shared effective strategies that issuers can use to ensure their reports meet the standards set by the capital market authority.

The participants' enthusiasm was clearly visible through the many questions asked during the question and answer session. This shows that issuers are increasingly aware of the importance of improving reporting quality and compliance with capital market regulations.
