IKPI and AEI Establish Strategic Collaboration for Tax Education for Issuers

Jakarta, 19 February 2025 – The Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (IKPI) and the Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) have officially collaborated to improve tax education for issuers in Indonesia. This collaboration was marked by the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) on February 19 2025.

The signing of the PKS was carried out by General Chair of IKPI, Vaudy Starworld, And AEI Executive Director, Gilman Pradana Nugraha, who represents the General Chairperson of AEI, Mr. Armand Wahyudi Hartono. This collaboration aims to deepen issuers' understanding of applicable tax regulations and help them manage their tax obligations more effectively and in accordance with regulations.

In his speech, Vaudy Starworld emphasized that tax education for issuers is very important to ensure compliance and transparency in tax reporting. "We hope that this collaboration can help issuers understand tax regulations better, so that they can carry out their tax obligations optimally," he said.

Meanwhile, Gilman Pradana Nugraha expressed his appreciation for this initiative. "Collaboration with IKPI is a strategic step for AEI in supporting its members to better understand tax aspects related to their business. "With the right education, we believe issuers can be better prepared to face tax challenges in the future," he said.

As a follow-up to this collaboration, IKPI and AEI will hold various educational programs, such as seminars, workshops and panel discussions, to provide insights and practical solutions related to taxation for issuers.

With this collaboration, IKPI and AEI hope to create a business environment that is more transparent and compliant with tax regulations, thereby having a positive impact on the national economy.
