Shares of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk Officially Enter the Sharia Securities List Ahead of Initial Listing

PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk (NAIK) has been confirmed as a Sharia Securities ahead of its initial listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) on 13 November 2024. This determination is based on the evaluation results of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in accordance with OJK Decree Number: KEP-54/ PM.02/2024, which confirms that the company meets all the criteria as a Sharia Securities.

This decision also supports the Sharia Securities List which is regulated through OJK Board of Commissioners Decree Number: KEP-20/D.04/2024 which was issued on 24 May 2024. This ensures that NAIK shares can be accessed by investors who choose investments based on sharia principles.

In this initial public offering (IPO), Adiwarna Anugerah set a price of IDR 107 per share, with a total of 750 million shares or 23.08 percent of the issued and fully paid capital, which is projected to generate IPO funds of IDR 80.25 billion. In addition, the company will issue up to 375 million Series I Warrants (15 percent of the total issued shares), with an exercise price of IDR 135 per warrant, potentially increasing funds of IDR 50.62 billion. The share offering period lasts until November 11 2024, with PT MNC Sekuritas acting as the underwriter for the securities issuance.
