AEINEWS - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has announced an unusual market activity (UMA) status for PT Indo American Seafoods Tbk (ISEA) due to a significant decline in its share price. The last update on ISEA was on July 5, 2024, when IDX published information regarding the listing of ISEA’s shares from its public offering on their website.

In announcement number peng-UMA-00128/BEI.WAS/07-2024 released on Monday (July 24), Yulianto stated that IDX is monitoring the transaction patterns of ISEA shares. Investors are advised to pay attention to the company's response to IDX’s confirmation requests, monitor the company’s performance and transparency, and reassess any corporate action plans not yet approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
