PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII) or Samator, formerly PT Aneka Gas Industri Tbk, is the largest industrial gas company in Indonesia, operating 44 plants and more than 100 filling stations across 26 provinces in Indonesia. The company started in 1916 as NV WA Hoek Machine en Zuurstof, a Dutch company, which built an O2 plant in Jakarta, and NV Javasche Koelzoor which built a CO2 plant in Surabaya. Both companies merged into Aneka Gas Industri in 1971. It currently manufactures various gases for industry and related products, like specialty gas, rare gas, both in form of liquefied and solid gases.
