PT Jembo Cable Company Tbk (JECC) produces electrical and telecommunications cables. Founded in April 1973, then began commercial operations in 1974. This company conducted an IPO in 1992 and entered into a partnership with Fujikura Ltd, a cable company from Japan. In 1997, JECC started exporting its products. Over the years, the company produced more types of cables and built more factories to expand the market.
