PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) is a national private company engaged in infrastructure projects, investment and supporting services in fields related to toll roads. Founded on April 13, 1987, as a consortium of several state-owned enterprises with national private companies. Its success began with the construction of the 19.03 km Cawang - Tanjung Priok (North South Link) toll road. After that, the government entrusted the company to build the 13.93 km Tanjung Priok – Jembatan Tiga/Pluit (Harbor Road) toll road. The North South Toll Road and Harbor Road (known as the Ir. Wiyoto Wiyono Toll Road) operate under joint management of PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk and CMNP, and are the main systems that activate the Jakarta Inner Ring Road. CMNP conducted an IPO on January 10 1995. Currently it has 5 subsidiaries.
