PT Bank MNC Internasional Tbk (BABP) operates in the banking industry. Initially founded by AJB Bumiputera in 1989 under the name PT Bank Bumiputera Indonesia, then began commercial operations in 1990. This company obtained a license as a foreign exchange bank in 1997 and conducted an IPO in 2002. ICB Financial Group Holdings became the main shareholder in in 2007, so the name changed to PT Bank ICB Bumiputera Tbk in 2009. However, since 2014, MNC Kapital Indonesia became the main shareholder of BABP, then the name was changed to the current one. Until the end of 2020, the company had 16 branch offices, 21 sub-branch offices, 10 cash offices and 77 ATMs spread throughout Indonesia.
