OJK, AEI, and ICSA Strengthen the Quality of Annual Reports of Listed Companies

In an effort to improve disclosure quality and strengthen good corporate governance practices, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), in collaboration with Asosiasi Emiten Indonesia (AEI) and Indonesian Corporate Secretary Association (ICSA), organized a socialization session regarding the implementation of POJK 29/2016 on Annual Reports of Issuers or Public Companies.

The initiative aims to enhance issuers’ understanding of comprehensive, accurate, and transparent annual reporting requirements. Annual reports are not merely regulatory obligations, but also strategic instruments to build investor trust and strengthen corporate credibility in the capital market.

Through this forum, participants received direct insights into compliance aspects, updated regulatory interpretations, and best practices in preparing annual reports. The interactive discussion session also provided an opportunity for issuers to raise implementation challenges and obtain clarification from the regulator.
