Theme: Implementation of PMK 118 of 2024: Procedures for Correction, Objection, Reduction, Elimination, and Cancellation in the Taxation Sector

In order to improve tax literacy and compliance for business actors, especially companies listed on the capital market, the Indonesian Issuers Association (AEI) together with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) held a national webinar discussing the implementation of the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 118 of 2024.

This PMK contains new provisions related to:

✅ Correction of Tax Assessment Letters

✅ Filing Objections

✅ Reduction and Elimination of Sanctions

✅ Cancellation of Incorrect Determinations
