AEI Attends Discussion on Implementation of the GENCARKAN Program Organized by OJK

Jakarta, 8 October 2024 – The Association of Indonesian Issuers (AEI) participated in the Discussion on the Implementation, Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of the Financial Smart National Movement (GENCARKAN) Program held by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). This important event was held in the Multipurpose Room, 25th Floor, Radius Prawiro Tower.

AEI was represented by the Executive Director, Mr. Gilman P. Nugraha, who was present to discuss strategic steps in increasing financial literacy in Indonesia through the GENCARKAN program. This discussion focuses on implementing the program, how to report the results, as well as carrying out monitoring and evaluation to ensure success in efforts to educate society regarding finances.

GENCARKAN is a national initiative that aims to strengthen public understanding of financial products, their risks and benefits, in order to create a more financially intelligent society. AEI's presence in this discussion shows the association's strong commitment to supporting the financial literacy movement initiated by the OJK.

This program is expected to expand people's access to financial knowledge, increase their participation in financial markets, and encourage better financial inclusion throughout Indonesia.
